About Me

Women's health is my passion! I am a labor and delivery nurse, and I also felt the calling to provide a more in-depth level of support for families during the pregnancy journey. I have over 10 years of experience in various women's health specialties ranging from preconception and infertility to labor and postpartum. I am your advocate. 

As a birth doula, I provide emotional and physical support to a pregnant person during their labor and delivery experience. During the prenatal period, I provide information and education on options. In labor, I facilitate communication with staff to ensure that you have the information that you need to make well informed choices. I provide continued education, reassurance, and perspective to you and your partner, make suggestions as you move through labor, and help with relaxation, positioning, massage, and other comfort techniques.
